I am extremely pleased with my experiences at the Bristol Milex. I have been having my oil changed at Milex for the past six months and have always been very pleased with their service. The partners, Kevin and Pavel, are always very friendly, but it goes beyond just being polite. I feel that they actually care about pleasing me as a customer and providing fair and honest service. I recently had some maintenance work and an inspection completed, and they far exceeded my expectations. I dropped the car off at 10am and it was ready at 4pm. During that time, they completed not only a safety and emission inspection, but also replaced my rear brakes and some suspension components. The total for all of this was just over $300. Great deal on any car, but this was on a BMW, in only 6 hours! Ken and the other technicians are obviously very skilled, and friendly as well. Overall, it was a great experience. I have recommended them to my family and friends, and I will continue to patronize them. I wish them much success. Thank you very much guys, Drew
