Probably one of my top 5 favorite restaurants. I've been there many times & they are consistently very good. By far the best Italian on the North Shore. I've tried many dishes but my favorite (so far!) is the linguine with clams, also the grilled pear salad is fantastic! The desserts are too die for, impressive wine list too. Although the atmosphere is high-end, it is still casual and not at all stuffy or pretentious. Highly recommended.

First visit after reading a positive Boston Globe North review. I highly recommend. High end menu choices at reasonable prices. We had the arugula salad and pear salad for starters and split the fried calamari. All outstanding. My wife had veal saltimbocca and I had duck breast. Meats cooked precisely and were delicious. Ambience is very nice, white tableclothes, etc,. but I would characterize service as more relaxed, but still attentive. Waitress steered us well with recommendations. Most entrees around $20 and good wine offerings for under $40.
