User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThe hotel rooms were nice BUT they seem to be built with no insulation for sound proofing. Could hear everything the people in the next room were saying plus heard the people walking in the the room above! The casino was nice except it the slots seemed to be VERY tight and the REWARDS points were VERY scanty! Used of going to Foxwoods in Ct where their reward points are VERY generous and the play is more liberal!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAccomodations were awesome, but they have majorly messed up our billing. We stayed for two nights, which was supposed to have been paid by comp cash program. However they have charged my DEBIT card for two nights and after a few days of me calling a few times a day (no one ever answers the phone!) and leaving messages, instead of fixing the problem, I was charged on my debit card for ANOTHER two nights. So my debit card has been charged nearly $600 when it should not have been charged at all. I am getting very angry about this situation and the fact that no one there seems to be able to fix it, or even respond to my phone calls and messages.
