    Plenty of wine choices and a few beer selections for people like me. Tapas style servings meant to be shared, but the food has a world view. The gnocchi are heavenly! Save room for dessert as it is transcendent here.

    From the time I first visited Proof, I knew it would be the beginning of a great love affair. The food, the wine, and the service are nothing short of spectacular. Don't get fooled by imitators or cheesy reviews of any other spot!I would certainly recommend that anyone really trying to experience what Proof has to offer should order the Chef's Selection with wine pairing- it will, without a doubt- be one of the best dining decisions you could ever make.
