Graham's Grille failed to live up to the expectations it set. The modern purple and green decor seemed out of place in Taos, but it looked slick and inviting. Menu choices were varied, but when the food finally arrived it was disappointing. The oyster po' boy was mostly hard roll (all but inedible), and one of the two oyters was bad. (the cajun fries were tasty, however). The server did not check to see if our meals were satisfactory. She removed the 3/4 full plate without a comment at the end of our meal. I mentioned the bad oyster at that time and got an "Oh, sorry" back. Also noted that the New Mexico chardonnay at $9 a glass sells for $5 across the street. No point in spending more of my vacation money there.
