    Let's face it. Anything is better than Bagel World on South Patrick, but this place with better bagels, would be a gem. Location is wonderful. It's brand new, clean, and makes the places down the road pale in comparison. However, this is a bagel reseller and I don't know what happened since they first opened, but the bagels are poor now. They used to be outstanding, but now are ordinary. Expensive and ordinary. But still better than Bagel World!

    I am surprised by the poorer quality they offer. I did have higher expectations, considering the owner has worked in another bagelshop. Counter personnel could use some customer service training. Unfortunately, I will find better service elsewhere.
