   Wow. You really have to experience this store to believe it. Sophia's has the best service without question in the city. I know because I went to 8 stores. It all started with them treating me with respect and being truly concerned about my day, my look, and what I wanted. It was fun and relaxing being there and never felt like a sales pitch like at other stores. Also you really can tell the difference in the gown details and sparkling crystals and fit on the body at this store. I promise you will pay more on the north-side and not be treated nearly as good. This is Indy's best kept bridal secret!

   Completely Awesome! They were able to take care of everything for us: gown, maids, and tuxes within 2 months as my husband is headed to Iraq. They talked to all of the companies they work with and got everything in time even though the normal time is much longer. Also they always knew our names everytime we were in the store.

   I went there shopping for a purple bridesmaid dress which they didn't have one. The man working once he finally came to help me went to call where they ship them from he well he never came back to tell me anything. I stood there and waited and I went to his desk and stood there while he stood there and talked to another person that worked there. It was awful service. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
