User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI HATE THIS STORE! Many of the customers who shop here have their heads so far up their ass its laughable. Especially when it comes to the self checkout robots. How hard is it to follow simple directions? Well the uppity idiots in flower mound act like its brain surgery!
The employees there on the other hand are great, super fast checkouts and the customer service is great! There is a really hawt guy that works there too, dresses to kill, great hair, and just overall made my expireance much better. After seeing all the ugly customers seeing him was really a breath of fresh air!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI love this store.Being disabled and on oxygen everyone on the afternoon and evening shift always greet me with a smile.They also get a regular cart and items like 2 liter bottles of soda for me and put it up front so if there are too many items for the electric cart they load them into the big one for me ans when I'm done they go get it and bring it to the check-out for me.Even the pharmacists know me by name.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOnce again I have returned home to find an item missing from my bags...and an expensive one at that. But oh well, at least the bags weren't over packed and breaking like in the past. Please train these kids to do their jobs correctly or hire mature adults who really care. They stand around talking when people need help and act like they don't care if your groceries are bagged right. You are not the only game in town.
