Yeller Towing & Wrecking Incorporated

I was out looking for a new home in Elk River when my car broke down. My husband and I have had HORRIBLE experiences with past towing companies. We called Yeller Towing & Wrecking and they were our first call. We figured all towing companies were the same. The guy that answered was very nice! The driver came and was amazing with us and our vehicle. Theey changed our attitude about tow trucks! bWe though more people should know about this company. With companies like this one, we just might consider Elk River to be our new home.

After calling Yeller Towing (Luke I think) after 1:00am at Time Out because I locked my keys in my truck when NO other towing company would help me, he came and unlocked my truck fast! Thank you for showing up so late when no one else would!

I was stuck on 169 in the ditch from icy roads a long way from home. I should have know to drive better but I didn't. I sat there for a while. No one stopped. An old rusty purple/blue colored tow truck drove by, and didn't stop. I called my insurance company. They reccomended I called this "odd" company called "Yeller Towing & Wrecking, Inc." I laughed at the name! I thought how worse could it be than that old rustey purple tow truck I saw earlier!

I called the 763-464-9696 number my insurance agent gave me. I got somone to answer right away. I was worried because it was late.The dispatch person was so understanding! He didn't make me feel foolish and actually made me laugh! He took my information, and said a truck would be there in just about 25 minutes. Exactly 24 minutes later i saw all the flashing lights!

The driver got out, greated me and asked if I would like to sit in the warm truck while he went to work in the deep snow and bitter cold! After about 5 minutes, my precious car was out! I'm not sure if his rates are all that cheap or not but I was glad to pay the $55 and be on my way!

I could have not asked for a better service. I wish I knew the name of the driver so I just sent an e-mail to the company & my insurance company hoping the driver gets the praise he deserves! I'll never laugh at that name again! Your company is a blessing! Thank you soooo much Yeler Towing & Wrecking, Inc.!!
