User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBrickhouse is GRRRRRRREAT!! I go there quite often and always have a good time. It is a dry county, so anywhere that serves alcohol requires a membership fee, all of which are donated to charities. I've heard people complain about that, but the small fee is nothing to be able to enjoy the unique atmosphere. The staff is very friendly as well as the guests. The alligator creole is is soooo good!!! Southern hospitality at its best. They call themselves the "heart and soul of the district," and I totally agree. Neat location and lovely balcony.

I did not have a pleasant experience here. The staff was not friendly at all. They kept walking past us and never bother to take our order. I did not like the atmosphere. Not for me. Dont know how it is now. I went one time over a year ago.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWe visited The Brickhouse Grill this past weekend and I am very disappointed with the 'customer service' from the hostess at the front. We are from Dallas, Tx and did not expect to be treated so poorly from a place like that. Unfortunately she did not explain to us that you had to be a member because Jonesboro is a dry county - if she had told us that, we would've paid for a membership and ate there. But her failure to do a good job and explain things lost our business (and her crappy attitude didn't help as well). Later that night, we had to use the restroom due to the Guit-Downs toilet being shut down, and walked back across the street and its apparently a sin to use the restroom there because she had to ask her manager if we could use their facilities. He wasn't very polite either. If we ever go back to this town, I will not be eating there. I definately would NOT recommend this grill to out of towner's.

Since the time of this posting, several changes have been made to the staff.... My recent experiences with the hostesses, servers, and bartenders have all been very pleasant and light-hearted. Brickhouse has a wonderful and welcoming atmosphere, not to mention great food and cocktails....
