As a Real Estate agent and business owner, Joy Luedtke seems far beyond her years as her approach to her clients is top-notch and defines professionalism. She exceeded our expectations in every way, and in contrary to ReynoldsK9, I found her warmly received by other real estate agents. She is well liked in the Barnegat Light community from what I witnessed, and I am certain based on our own experience with a million vacation dollar home and Joy's involvement, your experience was an exception and in direct contrast to our own. She was available to answer all our questions, she went above and beyond her role by assisting our partners with their own questions, she maintained confidentiality and never once made us doubt her abilities. There are many good agents on Long Beach Island, I am sure, but our experience with Joy Luedtke was one that was truly worthwhile. I hope you consider her in your real estate endeavors.

I must say, my assumption that using the Broker for my real estate transaction seemed very logical at first. I had heard numerous bad things about Ms. Luedtke's reputation, but she seemed fine enough. If only I had listened to the warnings- what a nightmare. Aside from her over bearing personality (not exactly what we needed when buying a $1 million + home...), I noticed that there were a number of agents who were bothered by her presence. That should have tipped us off right away, but we thought we should give her the benefit of the doubt. She screwed up our deal, and eventually we had to go with another agent. We wanted a house, and the only real necessity in our deal was finding someone who would listen to us and work FOR us, not against. Since cutting ties, I am happy to report my husband, family, and I have settled comfortably into our fantastic vacation home. Amazingly, I've met so many people who have said nothing but the worst things about Joy. I should've listened to my gut, it would've saved us some time! Here's hoping no one else makes the same mistake we did! She's flat out AWFUL. Save yourself the headache- call anywhere else.
