I have been there many times to have portraits taken but after my last experience with them I will never go back. They were 30 minutes behind so we left and came back 20 minutes later then we had to wait another 15 minutes. We went in and did the first session then went to change clothes. We waited another 15 minutes to do the 2nd session. After about 15 minutes into the 2nd session the manager came over and berated my mother and the photographer because we had "been in the photo sessions for an hour". The photographer told us to blow her off and apologized for her. We had not been taking pictures for an hour and they were certainly late which made us run late. Then as we were checking out the manager pulled our photograher in the printing room and proceded to berate her some more. I felt bad for the photographer as she has to work for someone like that. I will never go back and I know several people that have had very similar experiences and they said they will never go back either. It is a great concept but if you are rude to your costumers then eventually you will feel the back lash. I also emailed their headquarters with my experience and never heard back from them. If you don't mind being treated rudely then by all means go there.

I had been going to this business for three years for my family and son's pictures. I would go every three months and spend about $180. They take good pictures and you get your pics in 20 minutes. But the last time I went, I went just for pictures of my two kids for Grandparents Day. I wasn't going to spend a lot of money because I was going back in two months for my son's three year pictures. Anyway, I told them I wanted the $9.95 package and that was it. Once they heard that, the sales lady got really ticked off and started looking through all the pictures telling me "But this one is cute and so is this one." She was sooo mad! And she was really rude. Then she told me since I had been there three months before, I couldn't use the promotion. I always used it and never had a problem. She couldn't tell me when the promoational period started and stopped so how could I not use it. I walked out with nothing and went ot JC Penny where they listen to what I wanted, took 8 pictures and I ordered a few prints. I had to wait but it was worth it not to have to go back to Portrait Innovations. I will never go back. A couple months later a co-worker went there and had the same experience. Then a couple weeks ago, I ran into one of the photographers from there and she said they had been under new management and she quit because of them. HORRIBLE PLACE!
