    We have been fortunate to find Lee Clack and Kudzu catering. Lee and his crews are fantastic. Excellent food, prepared just like you love it, presented professionally.

    Lee is an expert at making your life easy. He can suggest the perfect menu within your budget with a bare minimum of communication needed. He and his crew are self-contained and leave with you happy at the end of the event.

    Some caterers obviously cater in addition to their regular job to make ends meet or make their restaraunt profitable. That's not Lee. Lee obviously loves to create and loves to cater.

    My advice: have his crab cakes and remoulade(sp?) sauce. In fact, have anything with the sauce. He makes the best sauce this side of New Orleans.

    Loved everything at a recent event where Lee Clack and staff did an outstanding
    job!! Great food and service!! Highly Recommend!!
