i have been a customer of this dunkin donuts for at least one and a half years now and go to the drive thru at least three times a week.as of three weeks ago they have not been giving out napkins.now as you know it is hard to eat donuts with out something to wipe your hands with.i normally get the #4 combo or the #1 combo both with a large coffee.extra cream-extra sugar,they are not doing that right either.what is the problem?i mean after you have driven off,its to late to turn around for the napkins and the right mix on my coffee.please help-do it right.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDrive thru is always slow, staff are VERY rude and they are usually out of everything!! Everytime I go there they are out of something I want and the service is horrible. Last time we went our coolattas tasted like it had orange juice in it!! We returned them and the lady wasn't friendly at all! She didn't even care what was wrong with the drinks and ignored me when i tried to tell her!
And the time before that--I wanted to add something to my order but they didn't even acknowledge me for atleast 5 minutes when they were already handing me my drink. The girl even looked at me several times and didn't ask what I wanted. Then she was standing there after I got my food and I said Excuse me, can I please have more sugar. She totally ignored me! I said excuse me 3 more times (louder) and nothing!! So i left.
To sum it all up---this place sucks!

If it was such great service then why were they closed down by corporate and sold to someone else????? Joe Schmoe,,,anyone can visit any DD locations and see for themselves what stores are clean and have fresh food,,,,,,,,,,,,Orange City doesn't even bake their own donuts,,they buy from a central kitchen!! I'd get your facts straight before you post such comments!!
