Of c...See MoreIt is funny that when my family and I landed in Honolulu we had to wait 40 minutes for one of the drivers from Royal. Of course the price was right but the Honda Odessey mini van smelled like arm pitts. When leaving our hotel going back to the airport the check out process took an extra 12 minutes. For this we were charged $20...FOR BEING LATE!!!... YOU were late picking me up but you said it was because of traffic. POOR, POOR, POOR customer service. And your driver Clemente was in jail before also... I would not recommend this company...Try ROBERT'S Hawaii for all of your transportation needs....just my opinion. There is nobody by the name of TOM working there, that is Morad. The drivers are great at their job when not being mirco-managed. Shop around before deciding on a service to choose as there is enough competition to go around. Royal Hawaiian Limousine (same company) has ONE limo, a chrysler 300. The circle island tour is nice but Morad only shows half of the island. You wont see the east side of the island on the tour, Sandy Beach, the Blow Hole, Makapu, etc.I am planning a trip to Honolulu and was looking for a reliable shuttle service. I came upon this company and I read the reviews. It appears the owner of this company must feel guilty because he only responds to negative comments. He never thanks the others for leaving a positive feedback. Read the reply he posted above and see the discrepencies in his reply. How does he know who sent that comment. A person from jail? Come on, get serious. You cant write a letter to Yahoo from jail and prisoners in Hawaii don't have internet access. Stole gas from you in the middle of the night? Prisoners are allowed to leave in the middle of the night? Get serious. You want this negative comment to be blamed on someone else. The others that left a negative comment you bad mouthed too. It is also funny that you responded as Morad and last time as a customer service rep. LOL... wtf? Your website has been under construction for a looong time too... A Mercedes Sprinter is not a LIMO it is a VAN. A new Chevrolet? Chevrolet does not make limos... and a Cadillac Escalade is a TRUCK...what a nice limo company you have... wait...Ok.. I just tried calling you and your voice is middle eastern and you lied right off the bat. You said you are the best transportation company in Hawaii. Your office is out of your home and a check on the Hawaii DCCA website shows you are in bad standings with the state 7+ times... each time you change the company... I will just go with ROBERT's Hawaii since they are the biggest and best in Hawaii...ALOHA!07/18/11
Royal Hawaiian Limousine is a five-star company with a 99.8% rate of happy and satisfied customers. This rate is growing to almost 100% a year, even during these tough economic times. It would be better if “Mr. Mark” had been using his real name and reason for complaining. It would also be great if Mark divulged to the viewer from where he was writing. But, because Mark’s complaint is fake, we feel we must mention a few pertinent details. Mark’s real name is “W,” and he wrote this letter from one of the beautiful jails in paradise. Mark is locked up for stealing and cheating society, and the only reason he has lodged this complaint is because not only was he fired from our company, Royal Hawaiian Limousine LLC, but also the local government locked him up again because of a similar story he made up about us. Our CEO was right about Mr. W! Our CEO told us that W would be in jail forever because he was “born a prisoner.” This man has never respected anything or anyone. That is why he will spend most of his life in jail! He added: God bless America, which is the most beautiful place on Earth. It is a place in which even criminals have the right to use the Internet and commit another crime while in jail. Mr. W was a criminal hired by me in order to give him another chance to put his life together. However, he stole from us and damaged our vehicles. It proved to be a big mistake to provide such a golden opportunity like this to a dishonest person like him. I tried to give Mr. W a chance. My company provided a vehicle to him to use personally to go to his jail every night and come back to work the next morning. But this was all pointless, because he is a lost soul. He is a cheap robber, who got an opportunity to work in a jewelry shop but stole from us instead. Even during his first two months, when he was earning about $5,000 (only tips), he stole gas from us by going to a gas station in the middle of the night, putting gas into an unknown vehicle, and signing the bills as “Royal Hawaiian Limousine”. Despite the negative activity of Mr. W, Royal Hawaiian Limousine LLC is still a five-star company and growing more and more each day. We just bought a brand new 2011 Mercedes Benz Sprinter, a new Chevrolet, and a new 2011 Cadillac Escalade. We also recently hired five new employees, after the dismissal of Mr. W. I feel I still owe a serious apology to every member of our working family because of hiring such a person. I am responsible for putting him in the middle of a group of honest people who work hard and with honesty for a better future. Having never been to the islands before I was unsure who to use for transports and picked this one because it's website gave specific details about transfers to and from the NCL Port. After many discussions and e-mails with John, we were able to negotiate good rates for serveral specific tours and transfers. The only negative that is have is the language barrier does create some confusion and because I had e-mailed and called ahead of time to confirm all of our pickup and departures, etc, I do feel that process could have been a little more organized. At the same time, I tried to understand that they can't always know when things are going to happen because they have many variables like late flights and traffic to deal with. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience with John, Clemente and Paul. If you ask me if I would use this service again, the answer is yes, In a Hawaii heartbeat.
