User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsTie the Knot was the perfect place to find everything! From my dress, to the tuxes, bridesmaids, accessoires and my mom's dress. It was nice to work with one store that took care of me and the people that mean the most to us. The staff was friendly and prices reasonable!

I would definently suggest looking elsewhere when it comes to looking for dresses for your big day. Had bad luck here as the staff seems to have too much business to keep track of your information or to get back to you in a timely manner. Rudeness and lack of interest in customers is obviously on the top of their list here. Completely not happy with their standard of customer service!!!
