Came here for Valentine's Night Buffett. Made reservations for 7:30pm. The buffett was advertised as going on until 9pm. We went up to see what they had, went back and waited 1/2 hour for a Margerhita and a beer, went up to get our food at 8:00 and it was already gone!!! They charged us for the buffett anyway!!!! Being a gluton for punishment, we decided to try it again on an off night. The service was HORRIBLE!!!! This time we brought our children ages 8 & 6. We didn't order any bar drinks, just sodas this time. Over 1.5 hours to get served, nobody ever came back to see if our meal was ok and I had found hair in mine. Charged me for my meal anyway. The hostess is about as rude as you can be. The waitress was pleasant but absent.

To sum it up, unless you have hours to kill, enjoy rude hostesses, hair in your food, cold food and searching for your waitstaff, go somewhere else. Mr. Pizza is GREAT!!! and just down the street less than 100 yards.

    Where do I begin...
We were staying at The Rolaty Inn, which is a motel that shares the same parking lot as this not-so-fine establishment. My wife, children, friend and his family, as well as I went next door for the breakfast that we paid for through the Santa's Village/Story Land package deal, which we purchased through the motel. When we walked in, we were seated in the back room away from "the paying customers". The waitress was rude, slow and quite honestly, was the worst waitress I've ever encountered in my 37 years of eating out. We each got one cup of coffee (no refills). My wife asked for water, which never came. She actually went back to our motel room to get a bottle of water. On that note, my wife also had to get up and go over to the other side of the bar to find some syrup for the kids' french toast. We were not given butter either. The waitress was MIA for the 1 hour and 10 minutes that we suffered through this experience. She brought over 3 meals and said she'd be right back because she was waiting for the toast. 40 minutes later, she was back with the remaining meals. In the meantime, we had only 1 or 3 children who had their meal, and an adult who sat patiently waiting for everyone else to be served so that he could eat. We finally told him to go ahead and eat so his meal wouldn't get cold. Too late. When the rest of the meals arrived, there was no explanation from the waitress. She threw down the plates and hightailed it out of there, all the meantime, waiting on the other paying customers on the other side of the restaurant. At least I know what it feels like to be segregated...

Now onto the food... it was so bad that even the 200 pound men in the party wouldn't touch their food. The eggs were made of some kind of "material" that I'm still guessing as to what it could've possibly been. The wheat toast was good though... there's the one positive. At least they could manage to purchase bread, take it out, and put it in the toaster (over the course of 40 minutes) and slap some butter on it.
We debated on what kind of tip we should leave this phantom waitress. She never told us the total, so for the first time in my life, I considered leaving no tip. We settled on $2.
The service stunk, the food stunk. I told The Royalty Inn they should stop putting "free breakfast at Crappy Jack's" on their vacation plan. It will deter us from going there again. There are plenty of restaurants on that road... we settled for the good ol' standby of Dunkin Donuts the next day. Much safer choice.

Worst dinning experience in my life. Waitress arrived at our table sniffeling and with a runny nose. I observed her cleaning a table down from us and watched her wipe her nose on the back of her hand. When she returned to our table with drinks, she in front of my wife and I did it again. I told her that she was serving food and that I had seen her disgusting display of unsanitation. She responded that she doesn't touch the food being served and that she washes her hands all the time. I doubt it. She certainly didn't do after I observed her.
By this time we were so disgusted with her rudeness and dirty habits we couldn't have eaten our order. For the first time in my life, we cancelled our dinner and walked out of the place. This was our last visit ever to a Crabby Jacks.
She has probably infected everyone she served.
