User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsVery unprofesional! I attended a service for a dear friend on Monday January 14, 2008. During the service the telephone rang and an employee went back to the some what visible office area (I assumed to unplug it!!) and proceeded to answer the call. The phone rang three (3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) more times, each call was answered during the service. Very poor taste and disrespectful to the family. Do not use this funeral home on Carlisle!
