User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe've been to Il Forno several times and enjoy it very much! My wife and I recommend it highly! If your looking for quality and excellence, then this is the place! The food is absolutely delicious,particularly the flat iron steak, salmon , lamb and lasagna! The service is great and the servers and owner (Sammy) are very friendly. Excellent selection of wines and draft beers, and a full bar. They also have a happy hour from 3-6 daily! The prices are fair and quite reasonable for what you get. Truly a wonderful dining experience.
Charlie P must have been having a bad day when he went to Il forno, his review does not reflect the true nature of this establishment.

Il Forno has a great atmosphere.
Awesome food and service!
This is truly my new favorite Italian resturaunt.
Only downside was tiramisu was dissappointing,everything else was outstanding! I would highly recomend this place! -

I have been to Il Forno many times since it opened and it has always been exceptional (a few kinks in the beginning but they were all resolved quickly). The service is excellent and everyone is very friendly. The food has always been very good and we have never been disappointed. I love that they are always willing to make things off the menu. My favorite is arabiata, which is not on the menu but Il Forno makes it for me and it is very good. It is the only restaurant in Azusa that I will go to. We go there frequently for both dinner and brunch for the very good food and service and a nice but comfortable atmosphere. Plus, Sammy, the owner, is the best!
