The owner of the company was polite, informative and punctual. She provided verification of license, BWC and insurance prior to scheduling our house cleaning.
We were a bit hesitant about allowing someone in our home during our absence so we arranged to be present during the first few cleanings.
I observed a few things during the first month that immediately set this company apart from our previous cleaners. No cell phone calls or texts during the cleaning. No disappearing acts to go outside, listen to voice mails or smoke. No rotating employees, same cleaner each time. No 3 hour time frame for arrival. We are scheduled at 11:30 and they arrive at 11:30 each visit!
The rates are reasonable. We had a few lower quotes as well as a few higher. The never ending praise from the references we called cinched the deal for us. Now we know first hand that everything they said was true. Its been almost a year now and we have never had a issue with the service.
