He was a very friendly, pleasant and professional man, very courteous, and totally put me at my ease. I called his company, and he was their within 30 minutes. What was a surprise was that he even cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends. The price was very reasonable.

The tech was incapable of opening lock and quit after five minutes saying he didn't know how to open lock The dispatcher was rude when I called and asked for another solution. Stranded! What kind of professional locksmith can't open a lock?

Fast, professional, and reasonably priced. They were able to cut my bike lock off of an outdoor bike rack (something most other locksmiths in the city said they couldn't do).
