Okay, I've this company out to my home twice now. They do actually clean it for the most part (but some areas were definitely missed and/or unsatisfactory), they use "dollar store" cleaning products and are not terribly thorough. I've also noticed that some of the personnel can be quite unprofessional. But, they are fast and will at least attempt to correct mistakes.
Pros:
Very fast
Always on time for appts.
Will correct mistakes within reasonable time period
Cons:
Not thorough enough
Sometimes miss areas
Unprofessional at times (rude)
Use low quality products
Overall: It seems that several people have had a positive experience with this company, while several have had negative as well. I've also recently been made aware that some companies are writing their own reviews. Hope that's not happening here.
Final word: If you have time for mistakes to be corrected and can comply in a timely fashion, this company is reasonable to use. If you need the house cleaned right before a big event, I personally, would go with an extremely reputable company and pay the extra few dollars.

I find this review very difficult to believe. This cleaning service is no longer accepting new clients, and the last new customer that was serviced was back in January. This review is most likely a jealous competitor who saw all of the positive reviews and thought they would damage our good name. Leave the Mess to the Best has always stood by our guarantee and honestly this is the first time we have ever heard about someone having a issue at all this year. In fact I have a pretty good idea of who is behind this review. (Shame on you!) But as I have stated, our company has not been accepting new clients for a long time, and all of our clients are VERY pleased with our services and we have the email testimonials to back it up! IF you are in fact a customer, why did it take you so long to write a review AND IF you are a client, please feel free to contact us at our new phone number, which was provided to all of our clients in January. (the number is is not valid as I explained becuse we are not accepting new clients.)

Still waiting on that call....while it has only been a few days since we replied to this comment, we have yet to hear from this "dissatisfied customer". Going through our records, Debra M is the ONLY new customer we have serviced this year and in fact upon contacting her to make sure she was not this negative review, we have since determained this review was simply a jealous competitor who has TOO much time on her hands and enjoys trying to ruin such a repuative company's name, too bad, it didn't work, we have several positive customer reviews posted in a matter of a few days. We sent emails to all of our clients asking them to voice their experiences on here, while it really does not matter, they are all VERY pleased and have no intention of cancelling their services, we just want those of you that do read these reviews to understand the lengths in which a person will go to find something to do with their time that is not only malicious, but also just plain stupid.

I have used this company for almost 6 months....never any issues, can't believe someone would write such a fictious review because they have nothing better to do with their time. This company is great. They do a wonderful job and the staff has never been rude!

Wow, I guess that I should check my reviews more often. I have no interested in contacting this company again. And, I'm afraid that I wasn't clear when reviewing their services, and I would like to clear up any misunderstanding.
It has been some time since I have had this company out to clean my home. And to answer one question, I did not post a review sooner because I was unaware that this option was available.
Furthermore, I am not, nor have I ever been a competitor (nor anything close to) of this service. I am not interested in soiling their good name, nor do I mean to represent myself or this company falsely.
I do remember, that at the time I had this company clean my home, they had told me that they were having problems with a competitor writing negative reviews about them. Hang on, let me check... nope, not the same person. Before my original review posted above, I have never reviewed this company. I do find it unfortunate that a competitor would write negative reviews against another company, but I myself, would not participate in anything of the sort.
To reiterate: I was ultimately, if eventually, satisfied for the most part, with the services that I received from this company. I do believe that there was much more involved than necessary for the issue to be resolved. AND, I did have to finish some of the cleaning myself, right before an event being held in my home. Some of the staff was rude to me, but this does not mean that I think they're always rude, or rude to every client. I mean, let's face it... we all have bad days.
In conclusion: I still would not use this company again, but this is because of a personal choice I have made. The services that they offer may be right for some, but they were not for me. I feel that the responses to my review were overly aggressive, accusational, assuming, and uncalled for in some senses. But, I do understand a company wanting to protect their reputation. I also appreciate that there was a response to my reviews at all, as some companies just let bad reviews go unaddressed. Personally, I just would have went about it a little bit differently.
On a side note, and not to be malicious. I do think it's possible that this company writes some of their own positive reviews. But, if they do, that's their prerogative and I have no further interest in the matter.
If the owners of this company would like to contact me regarding this review, you may e-mail me. Otherwise, leave it alone. I paid you for your services and I am entitled to review you in any way I see fit. I am always honest, and if it is ever brought to my attention that I have misled anyone, I will correct it to the best of my ability in a timely fashion.

funny, this lady waited so long because she "didn't know the option was available" I have used this company for a long time and they have always shown me the highest level of service and respect. See how this lady goes on to say she thinks that this company is writing their own reviews? Funny, I don't think this company has the time to make up all of the email addresses to post their own reviews. Besides, Yahoo keeps track of IP addresses and does not allow the same IP address to repost over and over. Your "theory" makes no sense! Anyways, back to the subject.... GREAT JOB Leave the mess to the best! Keep it up! Wonderful service! (also, side note... how are you to email this lady if she doesn't say who she is or give you anything to work with? I agree, it's a competitor with WAY TOO MUCH TIME ON HER HANDS!)
You guys deliver exactly what you promise and then some! I can not believe how clean my house is and smells! The fact that you were able to get the soap and hard water stains clean is more than enough to recommend you guys to everyone! I am so very pleased!!!!!
I just wanted to let my opinion be known on this site about the services I received from this company. I was quite pleased with the fact they are very professional, friendly, affordable and thorough.
They were able to make my floors shine like new again and the smell of my house after they left was remarkable! I am quite pleased with my crew (2) and will be using them again! Great job!
