Suffice to say that this company has always met my expectations. I have used them for about three months now and have never had any probs. They are on time and my home looks great each time! I couldn't be happier with my decision to use this service.
Suffice it to say that by no means did I get my $245 worth of cleaning from this company. It took them 1-3/4 hours to "clean" a two-story, 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bathroom home - hardly enough time to thoroughly clean the upstairs, let alone the entire house. Our home was in need of a very deep cleaning, but there were surfaces of tables that were not even touched, cobwebs completely visible in corners that weren't touched and when I complained, I was told that my home was "horrible". They did offer to send the crew back out at 9:00 p.m. but I declined because I was sick. They offered to come the next day but no one was home and we were expecting company later that day. They then offered 30% off my next cleaning. However, after looking more closely over the weekend, it became apparent that their "Help Me Now" service was not at all what I received. I emailed them the following Monday and was told quite defensively that they had before and after photos of my home that showed that the cobwebs were gone. However, when I told them that I was unaware that they took photos and did not authorize it, they suddently said the "matter is closed". I asked to speak with the owners and their supervisors but to date have never received that information either. They said that anything I wrote here or elsewhere would be refuted so I will not be the least bit surprised when it is. However, my intention is simply to make others aware that businesses like this do exist and while one's experience may be fine, another's may not be at all. I have never been treated so rudely by any company I've just spent my money on. The disturbing part is that if the pictures they claim they took really do exist, they have refused to give them to me, saying they have to "keep them in their files". My suggestion? Leave the mess and keep your money in your wallet until you find a company that is truly professional, does what they say they will do and knows what real customer service is.
Although I read the negative review below, I decided to still keep my appointment with this company. I did not tell them that I had seen this review. When the crew came out, they were in uniform. They worked very fast, but were very good. They offered to walk through and allow me to inspect the work they did and answer any questions I may have. I did not see any issues and was quite pleased. My home smelled so good and looked great! I was quite impressed with the services. They even brought me a gift! I would say all in all, this company is great! They do excellent work and even provided me with a itemized list of what they did in my home. I even went and inspected everything on the list after the crew had left and saw that everything was done! I like the fact that they use great products which sanitize and leave behind a wonderful, clean, fresh smell. I have used other cleaning services in the past where all I thought they did was wipe the surfaces and spray air freshner. I was also quite pleased that they also offer all organic cleaning services as well. I think I will have them back on a monthly basis to help me and my family out. In regards to the negative review on here, I would just say sometimes people are too demanding and expect more than what can be done...sometimes people are just hard to please and not always right. My experiences with cleaning services has always taught me one thing. Be honest about what you want and there won't be any problems. But when you try to get things done that you don't wanna pay for, it always comes back in a negative way. Just be honest and you avoid a lot of headaches. When you talk to them, be honest about what you need. Most of the time the people coming out know exactly what waspaid for and what to do.

Also..... client failed to mention that she received a THREE PERSON TEAM, which is why it only took 1 hour and 45 minutes. This was a total of over 4 1/2 hours worth of man hours total spent on her home.
