User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThese people can get it together. Anything they tell you check it out with another dearler ship. At the present time the only place you can get a 09 Corolla oil change is AT TOYOTA because the they have changed the oil filter. It can not be change unless you have bought a filter from them.

All I can say is be careful when you take your vehicle to this dealer. I took my vehicle there for a simple oil change and was told that after their inspection I needed to have transmission & brake flushes. This was not possible because I had these done already at another dealer. I did go to two other dealers and asked them to evaulate the transmission & brake fluids. Both dealers said the fluids were OK. Bottom line is this......if you need work done to your vehicle, take it to another dealer and chances are you will get better service and save money also.

I will never get a Toyota again because if I can't fix my vehicle and they are ripping me off, I will definitely go back to a Honda. The only reason I didn't get a Honda this time around is because the Honda Passport was not large enough but when they make a larger SUV I'll be there. My Honda Accord lasted 15 years with no major problems until the end. In my opinion Honda's are the best hands down.
