Project: Fully Renovated Kitchen, Tiled Fireplace, Removal of Popcorn Ceilings-Textured, Painted, Crown Molding, Recessed Lights, Ceiling Fan, Carpet and Tile includeing Bathroom, Electrical and Plumbing
Overview: This was my first remodel and first experience dealing with a contractor. After several interviews with local businesses to hire on my project, I still wasn't completely sure what I wanted. A wonderful friend of mine (decorator/consultant) did some research and found The Remodeling Company on Craigs List. They are a " One Stop Shop" business which is just what I needed - One Contractor, One Person to Deal With, One Job, One Contract, One Invoice
Communication: We did most of our communication during the project via email and phone calls. Waqar is an excellent communicator. He promptly returned my calls and answered all my questions. He kept in constant contact with me on every step of the planning phase. He and his team showed their consideration by working with my hectic schedule. Very reasonable with any change orders
Quality of Workmanship: Detailed, good follow through, project was completed timely. Staff works very hard to please the customer in every way. Very professional and pleasant. On time - On budget
Satisfied : Love my new home. When the neighbors come into my place they are in awe and tell me the condo looks like a model home. I would hire and recommend The Remodeling Company again.
TEAM: Waqar Kahn and his team are the real deal and they all work very hard to satisfy his customers. I am really enjoying my newly remodeled Condo. I am very pleased and happy with the finished product.

In July 2009 while helping my friend remodel her condo, I had an opportunity to work with Waqar and his crew. I found Waqar to be very easy to work with. I never felt pressured from him and he listened to my ideas and came up with some of his own. His crew was very professional and friendly. Because 90% of the work was done without the homeowner present, we found them to be trustworthy as well. In this day and age you really have to be careful who you let in your home.
The job took a bit longer than originally planned, and as in any remodeling job there were a few hiccups, but all in all it was a good experience. His saying was "I just want to make you happy." In the end, he did. -

This is the best service oriented company we have ever experienced, not only they do a good job on remodeling, they also take time to complete the job and ask for feedbacks along the way.
