My boyfriend and I used to take our two vehicles to this place whenever we had problems. I LOVED the guys that used to work there. They gave us the utmost respect and never tried to upsale us on any services for our cars.
However, now that they are under new management, along with new employees, the customer service has gone down drastically!
The owner always gives us an attitude and makes it seem like we are bothering him, when it's his job!!
I was given a quote yesterday on a few used tires and told the owner that I would come in to purchase them. I went in this morning and told the mechanic what tires I needed for my vehicle and how many.
He tells me it will be 30 minutes for them to get to my car if I want to wait. I wait and it takes longer than the 30 minutes he initially told me.
An HOUR later, he comes to me and says "Oh, well, we don't have those size used tires for your car." And then it turns out, they don't even have NEW tires for my car.
How in the world do you not know what tires you have in stock??!!? And you guys are "Tire Experts"???!!
And the owner is the one that gave me the quote for the tires, knowing that I was coming in to purchase them.
And to add insult to injury...I DID NOT receive an APOLOGY for my wait or the fact that they didn't have the tires I requested. He just gave me back my keys and said he would call me with a price for the new tires.
Its been 5 hours and I have yet to receive a call (not that I was even looking forward to it).
Tire Experts has lost two loyal customers.
I wish we could find the men that used to work here before this place went under this horrible new management.-

Boy These GUYS are Awesome. They can repair anything you bring them at an affordable price. I highly recommend them...Go by there and ask for Mel
