User Rating: 3 out of 5 starswhy do chinese places always fade in quality. they make sure everything is really high quality when they first open but then everything slowly gets dirty or broken and then the food doesnt seem as fresh. its like they think they got you and then start cutting corners. like we wont notice the veggies arent fresh or that the breading on the chicken is twice as thick.
i like chinese food but think most of these places would benefit from being run more in an american style.
