Best pizza anywhere in Charleston! It's worth the drive from James Island - even with current gas prices. A thin crust pizza with fresh, local toppings, housemade sausage and pepperoni and an amazingly fresh, crisp salad on the side makes a perfect lunch or dinner.

The flagship dish of the Extra Virgin Oven (EVO) is the Margherita Pizza. Named for a Queen of Italy, Margherita of Savoy, the colors mimic the Italian flag: red tomatoes, green fresh basil, and white fresh mozzarella.

Unlike most conventional pizzas, the Margherita pizza is light and low in fat. With a thin crust, perfectly baked in EVO's gas fired, brick oven, Margherita never fails to please.

EVO also features Calzones and a list of pizza extras that include fresh, sauteed mushrooms, a personal favorite and a variety of fresh salads.

EVO has made it's reputation in the Charleston, SC area with it's portable pizza oven and the quality carries over into it's first brick and mortar establishment.

Visit old, downtown North Charleston and EVO soon!
