In 2008 my husband and I contracted King William Floors to do our kitchen floor in duraceramic. We shopped other flooring companies before we made our final decision. King William Floors gave us the most reasonable price so we had them do our flooring. Good Decision! Their professionalism and prompt service was wonderful. In Jan 2009 we needed carpet for our living room and there was no question who we would purchase from. The carpet has been installed and we couldn't be happier. We purchased a new Duraceramic floor from King William Floors, right before Christmas and my wife and I are so very pleased with it. The price was $750.00 dollars less than another store in Mechanicsville. Their installer was great and did a wonderful job. We are re-doing the upstairs next with hardwood and will choose them again to do our home. Great prices and great service and our salesperson Bernie even came out in the evening after we got home for work to help us find the right floor for our kitchen. I would highly recommend choosing King William Floors.
King William Floors have given us the worst customer service possible in US. Their employees never showed up during scheduled installation dates and we kept on waiting. Then after having numerous conversation with the Installation Manager, couple of folks showed up to install carpet. They took off the old carpet and then realized the new carpet is of the wrong size. my house was filled with dust for an hour before I called their manger and asked them to install whatever they had. During Installation I caught their employees when they were placing carpet on stairs without changing the old padding. I insisted and mentioned that I have paid for the new padding and they should be changing the padding, only after when I insisted they changed the padding. As of now I am not even sure if they have added new padding in my bedroom and hallway as I was not there at that time and I fortunately caught them while they were getting away with old padding on stairs.
They promised to compensate me for all inconvienences in middle of installation and convinced me to complete work through them and now they just refused to compensate at all at the end of installation. They took almost two months to install carpet. Its still not done right and has all kinds of stains on it.
They told me that they will charge my credit card 50% in advance and then 50% post installation, whereas they charged the entire amount right next day after i signed contract.
This is the bad company who gives false promises. Don't even think about going to them for any services.
