User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsIt has been some time since we were there last. We had a group of 35 people and they had 1 server. Half were finished eating before the other half got their food. Since we had reservations for over a month, they had plenty of time to put on another waitperson.
We're going again next month. I'll do another review then.-

The Fish Market has a wonderful atmosphere, great food and great service. They have changed to a Full Service restaurant. They have servers now. The view of the river is awesome. I highly recommend it.

The food in this experience of the Fish Market was fine, but the service is completely another matter. I found the service staff inappreciative of the generous tip we gave to him. Many restaurant servers will ask if there is anything else, offer to refill your drink, or get a to-go box when asked. I asked for two to-go boxes, he acknowledged my request and proceeded to ignore it by walking past the counter where the to-go boxes were and bussing two tables in which he had to carry the tub of dishes and glasses past me to go to the kitchen area. Upon his return he noticed the four women at another table as they were leaving. I waited as he checked them out before I got up and got my own boxes. I told him not to bother himself with my request because I had gotten the to-go boxes myself. He attempted an apology and walked away. The bottom line is this; the food is good but the service is lousy. Save yourself your tip money and get your own food from the kitchen (you can pick up the trays of food as they are passed from the kitchen area to the dining area).
