User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI would have to say that Posecai's is a great place to eat! I have been many times and have always left with a smile on my face. The atmosphere is incredible and so is the food. There is nothing like it in the Delta. I loved the rib-eye it is a must! The soprano salad is great too, I love the dressing! The staff is so friendly and Ted always comes to our table to speak to us. He has been very successful so far and he is an amazing chef! Anyone can go to Posecai's! If you are tired of lousy food and want something new and delicious... Go to Posecai's!

From the time your eyes meet the rejuvenated antebellum house, decorated with local art work, a sudden gesture of curiosity turns into a large smile. My first reaction was wow Greenville just received a diamond in the rough. The food is amazing, simply put the taste is so far beyond good it is indefinable. I had the stuffed merliton with crab meat and shrimp. Itâs a fancy word for sautéed bell pepper. I also liked how Ted Posecai came out to great his customers towards the end of each massive surge. He is a kind and humorous man yet exciting and almost ambitious to prove his rite of passage. He is looked at as a celebrity in this town through cooking and his cooking show is exciting to watch. Its on all over town I even saw it at Rivals Sports bar when I stopped for lunch on my way out of town. How many people can say after one year that they hit stardom? I can't name but a few Paul Prudhomme, maybe emeril.. Check this place out, seriously no matter what state you live in if taste is what you crave you will be overwhelmed.

The guys who wrote all the negative things about posecai's is obviously the kind of person who looks to criticize everything first. Maybe he should stick to Shoney's and Burger King where his criticism is warranted. He has probably only eaten dehydrated oysters and the change to fresh oysters on the half shell was too much of a shock for him. Also the Ribeye is marinated in a garlic butter sauce. That's a big change from his lighter fluid tasting ribeye from his grill. How arrogant and ignorant this guy is. I feel sorry for his family!
This is an amazing restaurant and I would suggest everyone try it.
