One word, Unprofessional!!! Language, unprofessional, customer service, unprofessional, attitude, unprofessional, dress attire, very very unprofessional, helpfulness with information concerning luggage, non existent, people stood in line and no 1 could get help customer after customer. I took pictures and posted it on twitter!!! my aunt steel does not have her luggage and no 1 to help her. no bus could be tracked down and the young lady had an all professional horrible attitude. worst experience just about ever. there is no are were no headquarters number to call. where is my aunt luggage who knows.
