The owner, colleen, is a saint and she has the best grooming set-up I've seen so far, and I've had dogs for 19 years and been to over 2 dozen grooming places. All of her grooming is done out in the open for all customers to see, the dogs are completely cage free and allowed to roam and play together in the designated area around her grooming table (unless you specifically ask your dog to be seperated). In my 2 years of going here, it's the best experience I've had with a groomer, she is polite, friendly, very caring and absolutely adores every single dog that comes into her shop. She doesn't turn down any dog, even the most difficult cases of abuse. My two Golden's love to go here, every single time they go in, they come out 3000 times happier. She also has a young lady who works as her assistant, and she is equally fantastic and loving with each dog. You won't regret going to this place.
Huh?
Sliced the dogs neck? Are you kidding me?
I'm sorry but you have to be a competitor of her's in the area.
I have had dogs for over 35 years, every size, shape and breed on the planet and this has never happened to one of them anywhere and to the point of stitches?
I have found this woman to be more than loving to all the animals.
One of my dogs was severely abused and Colleen is one of the few people who can get near my dog without her going into a huge panic.
I think I would let your dog be the judge of character when it comes to groomers.
All I can say is mine love her, they love going to her and it's never an issue to bring them to get groomed.
I drive down from Mizner Park and there are about 50 groomers between my place and her's and I have been to them all one time or another and this is where my dogs love going.
See for yourself.
You are welcome to call me or contact me and i'll be happy to vouch for this woman and how good she is with my dogs.

Took my dog here as the store is in my neighborhood. The groomer, colleen, is a true animal lover. I have been back many times and always had great service. TLC for my nervous puppy who goes in terrified and comes out happy.
