We didn't buy our carolla from Steet but after purchase moved so that this was the closest dealership. We have been SO impressed with their service department. We were told by a Jiffy Lube at an oil change that we needed to have a transmission fluid change "because it was cloudy" luckily we were in a hurry and told them we'd handle it. When we brought it to Steet to have it done they took one look at it and told us the Jiffy Lube was just trying to take us. They didn't charge us a dime for their time and sent us one our way. Since we've continued to have excellent service with them going above and beyond to ensure we got everything covered under warranties. We know nothing about cars and are often at the mercy of mechanics, it's a relief to have such an honest establishment!

My husband and I have never been more pleased with a purchase of a car. From the beginning to the very end, there was only satisfaction. We got an amazing price and the salesman was incredibly helpful. We would recommend this dealership to anyone!! Th entire process was less than 1 hour...that never happens when purchasing a car! We went to pick up the car the next day and have never been happier with buying a car. We will definitely be repeat buyers from this delership.

When it comes to sales watch closely.I purchased 2 vehicals the first deal was ok but they promise the world and theres no follow through. The second purchase after I did some research they tried to get me for four thousand dollars then the price I seen on the internet and once again things were missing from the car that should have been there at the time of sale also vehical passes inspection when it shouldnt have to many cover ups with this company and also they use the #1 statement (customer satisfaction ) which this customer was not satisfied nor will I purchase another vehical from them. They won they already got me for two so here is my statement regarding Steet Toyota johnstown ny ( BUYER BEWARE )
