When I went to Golden Palms, it was the first time that I had ever gone tanning before and it was a great experience. The staff showed me around the salon, and showed me how to work everything. I felt totally comfortable tanning there. It was a great experience.

TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!! I went in to the Golden Palms Tanning Resort to get some color. I have not been to a salon or tanned outdoors in 2 years, I stressed this to the assoicate. I asked about a deal that going which was supposed to have to TANNED quickly for a special event, she suggested this. I expressed AGAIN that I have not had any sun in awhile and she assured me with there beds and this process I would be OK. Well I'm not. I am so burned I cant shower, I cant move, it hurts to have clothing on. The color (or should i say burn) is so uneven, I am burned everywhere and have no color on my sides. This place was horrible!

This place is by far, one of the best tanning salons i have been too. I live about 15 20 mins away, but i can guarentee you it is worth the drive! The girls are very friendly and show you around the store, and help you out with lotions. the atmosphere is great and the design makes you feel like your somewhere tropical! Samantha was a great help on the tour and beds!
