| About: | Blu Sushi Lounge, an expansion of Blu Coral's contemporary Japanese restaurant opened its doors on July 11, 2007. The lounge is located in downtown Evanston on Chicago's North Shore, inside Hotel Orrington. "Blu provides guests with an opportunity to have a relaxed yet sophisticated evening out," said Jonathan Hakes, general manager of Blu. "Our hope is that Blu's guests will fall in love with its contemporary flair, relaxed ambience and diverse menu, and it will keep them coming back again and again."
