    Best place to lose weight. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He will target the hour lesson (kickboxing) around what areas you want to work on. Have been going to him for years. WAY better than the gym!! worth the money!

    Great Place to train in the Martial Arts or just to get in shape. School is stocked with lots of equipment, and has a friendly atmosphere. The instructor is well educated in taekwondo and makes learning fun for all ages. I would recommend this school to anyone wanting to learn TKD or to just get in shape.
