THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!!! Very honest, family owned store. They don't charge normal retail for parts. From what I understand, they charge just a bit more than what they pay. I know, sounds crazy, to good to be true? Well it's the truth. Why do they do this? From what I was told, the father (remember family owned) has plenty of money. He's not trying to get rich, he already has enough, but he wants to do something that he enjoys to keep busy. He & his son (probably rest of family too, I don't know) love riding & working on motorcycles, so they decided to open a motorcycle shop. However, they are not the fastest in the world because there are only a few mechanics & a lot of business. That's how good they are, they have enough repeat business to last them, but they keep getting more new customer as word of mouth travels. Again, the down side is that you will probably have to drop off your bike & be patient. I mean that, be patient! Don't rush them! They are very busy & they are very good. Besides, if you want it done RIGHT NOW, go somewhere else & pay more - if you want it done RIGHT & FOR LESS, drop it off at cycle alley and BE PATIENT. Word of mouth is how I heard of them, actually from my brother-in-law. The chain came off my bike, but in the normal way. It was wedged in some ridiculous way. I mean it was stuck really, really bad. Now, most bikes that I saw there are Harley Davidson's, custom bikes & choppers that are similar & other such bikes. My bike is a Honda CBR 600-RR & it didn't matter because they work on them too. They did a wonderful job & I paid a heck of a lot less with them for the work they did for me. *I want to say that what I wrote earlier about them as a family, is only what I heard. I may not have heard or remembered everything correctly, but regardless - everything else I wrote about the shop, the work they do, the mechanics & them as business people was true because I experienced that in first person. If you can't tell, I highly recommend them. I would send my daughter, wife, mother or grandmother to them if they needed work on their motorcycles.
