    I believe I owe Dirk Patrick some feedback on how I have progressed thus far since our session.  It's truly unbelievable the way I feel and the way I process thoughts about food now.  I feel more in tune with myself, especially my body, and don't have the heavy weight on my mind anymore.  Its amazing what has taken place in the past 2 months alone. 
     
    I went to the gym yesterday and ran a 10:11 mile- something I haven't done in awhile!  It was fabulous.  I ate wonderfully......Many, many, many thanks to you.... I certainly haven't felt like this in a long long time and to be honest it feels great!!

    After smoking for nearly 30 years I finally got serious about 'kicking the Habit' by going to see Dirk Patrick -- best investment of time and money I've ever made! I had quit a few times before but without success (obviously). Although it took two Hypnosis sessions I can finally claim to be smoke free. Thank You Dirk Patrick and I WILL recommend you to anyone who wants to quit smoking.

    Although I had to go thru hypnosis twice I can't believe the difference in how I feel towards smoking.I just don't have the desire to smoke. Of course there are a few times each day that a "little" sensation comes up but nothing I can't handle. Dirk has been absolutely wonderful. I still cannot believe the amount of time he spends talking you though this process, it's got to be exhausting for him. He just GREAT! I would highly recommend to anyone that is still smoking to PLEASE give this a try. For those of you who are SCARED of hypnosis - you are in safe hands with Dirk. It's worth every penny.You owe to yourself and to your family. I give him 5 STARS.
