It seems like a couple of years ago they changed. I know management used to change there quite a bit, and after awhile they became extremely overpriced. It just seems a little too corporate. I used to go out of my way to go there but, not anymore. There are plenty of other places that sell supplies and service for a lesser price with much better service.
