I am the owner of several floor companies in the dfw area and have a couple of questions for the person posting the comments. I would also like to comment as one of their competitors. Absolutely, by no means is it appropriate to receive extra special customer service before a check is collected and to not feel that you have received the same care at the end. I do however get hung on the part that you have mentioned that people ask who did your floors which states to me that your visitors like them. Right? Typically, in a company such as Cc Carpets I am amazed that they allow their sales people a chance to leave the premises to visit a home. Coming from a former Home Depot and Expo Assosiate I would have never been allowed to visit your home. I very much enjoyed my employment at both and attribute the knowledge that I received much in part to my time spent there but if you have ever purchased a special order item from them and had it installed you might be saying the same. How did your situaation get resolved, just curious? What exactly was wrong with your floors? Did it get handeled at the end to your liking? How did it end with the salesperson?
Just as the Plano Customer stated, CC Carpet has the worst customer service. They were really nice before they have there maoney. Then when everything is installed and they didn't do it correctly they are impossible to work with. I spend over $8000 worth of floors and its been a month and no one has come out. Their floor installers took 10 pictures of themselves working on my floors. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, and stay away from a guy named Jason at the Richardson, TX store, he will rip you off!!!
CC Carpet has provided us the worst customer service experience post-sale. During the sale/contract process, our saleslady was happy to return calls, make a home visit, etc. After installation we experienced some problems with the wood flooring... it took over a month to speak with someone, and that was after we made repeated calls. They never would return our calls. We are very disappointed in both the "management" (if you can call it that) and the salesperson who sold us $11,000 worth of flooring, then left us high and dry when we had problems. We have been asked by several people who see the floor who did it, and we refuse to recommend them. Not only are we disappointed in the quality of the wood, the customer service has been horrendous.

I also would like to add, do you have any idea how hard it is to undercut brick? Most installers would not do this. The comment about the close to illegal workers is absurd. If you want reasonably priced floors and skilled hardworking floor techs there is no way around it. Your average blue collar workers would make your $$$$ go about half way. All the houses us Texans live in that are somewhat affordable are built ground up by these people you speak so hurtfully of. I am not minimalizing your feelings but please understand before you undermine so much with such harsh words. GO to Bentonville, AR and see the prices of the same house you live in and tell me if you appreciate our "barely legal friends".
