My experience at this establishment was not a very good one. I wish I had read everyone elses reviews before wasting my time. First off we paid 20bucks to get in when it should've been free during the time we arrived, then there was no place to sit and we needed to place our name on a hostess list that was supposedly had a 2 1/2 hour wait time. There were empty seats available the waitress told us the back bar area was off limits unless we wanted to just stand at the bar. I was very upset and ready to leave but my sis felt since we paid 20bucks we should stay. We finally got to speak to the general mgr, and guess what we stood for an hour for nothing, the back bar seats was available and when he questioned the waitress that gave us the faulty info she lied and stated we asked her before she knew it was available... ok heffa if you found out differently you should've came and told us we could have a seat... but its all good the bartender we had was great and the night improved much later.. it was girls night out with my lil' sisters if it wasn't from that I would've most def left up out of this place. Spent way to much money because they were truly not worth it due to the service we received for the first hour. I hope our peeps get their customer service skills in order and I hope Frank Ski gets to see these reviews because I feel he is representing a horrible establishment and linking it to his name.. turning out to be another ESSO like problem.

This was the worst experience ever.... Experiences like this one is the reason we choose to spend our money in other areas of Atlanta ( if you know what I mean)! I usually do not deter people from having their own experience at a business but this was ridiculous and I will tell you just take your business else where. We decided to have a birthday party there which required us to buy 4-5 bottles at $150-$1,000 each for the bottles. We spent approx. $1200 for the night and was treated like a piece of nothing from beginning to end. We were told as long as we go there before 11pm we would not pay for the entry because we were VIP of course some promotion company had a bad attitude and told us he knew nothing about it so we must each pay $20. So after explaining what we were told he eventually gave us back our $20 for entry. This all just seems like a club scam. The men at the entrance made you feel like we were bothering them instead of welcoming you to this so called up scaled club..( yeah ok) So we enter guess what the VIP has not been set up so they place us in another area and we are under the impression we will be relocating to another area. The waitress comes back and says the promoters for the club over booked and the spot we were originally promised was not going to be available so you all are just going to have to have your bottle service here. WOW! Even though the waitress was very nice and acommodating due to the circumstances. The Food is Ok but would not eat there unless it is Sushi. We invited 23 guest and 16 were out of towm and we promised them a upscale luxury night which turned out to be ghetto fabulous night. I was embarassed! So our 60 year old Aunt went to the rest room was standing in line dancing and this bouncer jumps in front of her and tells her she will have to wait because he has business to take care of and he goes in the restroom and uses it, pretty much made her wait an elderly woman..come on where is the respect? They allowed too many people in the club to the point the fire marshall was involved, this is what happens when we get money hungry. So this cuts the cake we were just disgusted with the night so we are trying to wrap it up to leave and I needed to go to my car to grab something out of my purse. I re-enter ok but getting back up stairs I was approached by a RUDE tall BIG Light skinned BALD bouncer who asked me where was I going. I then repsonded upstairs to my get my boyfriend he rudely responded.."no you are not going anywhere we are closed" So I asked him would he like to go with me to get him or would he like to get him for me, he said " I am not going to SH.T So of course why do we have to have an attitude. I then went on to tell him we had spent so much money in this place and why are you acting like a jerk. He then went in a rage and start calling me names. The amazing part was there was a woman there that worked with him and she allowed him to talk with me that way. She then escorts me outside by 2 atlanta cops who could give a flying flip what was going on. The cop is thinking I am fighting with my boyfriend and I told him no the employee of Luckie just disrepected me.. the cop (Atlanta Police) then says so why are you so set. The female cop ( light skinned) she was really not helpful she told me, she could arrest me. I was out doned that no one had addressed the employeee of Luckie but I was the bad one after I have given approx $1200 to this estabilishment. No customer service that night what so ever!!! This was suppose to upscale, I did not see that anywhere. Me nor my guest will ever go there again. They will never get $1.00 from me again. THis is why we do not support black establishments, I would rather spend where they appreciate it. So please try someone else it is recession and you work too hard to give to a company who does not appreciate it.

My experience had its highs and lows. The bartender wasn't at all friendly..the one with long locks at the main bar. I guess I'm old-fashioned, I like to get to know my bartender and she never offered her name. She seemed sort of annoyed that we were happy to be there. In any event, the drinks are way over-priced. $12 for a Long Island! I know my friend's Sex on the Beach was $12 as well. humph. I opted for the $8 glass of Pinot Grigio which the bartender didn't know if it was $7 OR $8 so she charged me $8. I didn't like her service but I tipped her $2 anyhow, silly me. We were sat at our table and I ordered another Pinot and this time it was $7 and it was like they spit my wine in the glass, my glass was so empty! ahahahh! I asked could I exchange mine for a grown woman's drink so he brought a small plastic cup of pinot and once I placed it in my wine glass, it was a little less that half empty which was about right! BUT, if I hadn't asked, it would have remained an insult! What else was odd is that the glasses from when we 1st arrived were much bigger (for the ones who ordered mixed drinks) then as the evening progressed, the glasses were more along the lines of a glorified dixie cup! What the? HA! I'm not too picky so I didn't let it upset me. I was happy to be around my friends. As for the food, I didn't order any. I ate before I came but I made an effort to ask my friends how their food was and everyone was satisfied. I did taste my friend's turger burger and it was excellent!
The batrooms were well kept, the atmosphere was nice and all were dressed to impress and it was pretty much the grown and sexy crowd with I adore. Frank Ski did his thing as usual. I hadn't been out in quite some time so it was a refreshing. It did get a little too crowded but that was to be expected.
It did cost to park but I never pay to park my OWN vehicle so I opted to walk a few blocks in the rain (and in my stilettos)!!
