Food is good, but you will have to wait a long time to get it, and don't order alot its Cash only.

can someone tell me how these people can stay in business givving huge portions of more than excellent food at such a cheap price??? when you are served your food it's still hot. everything they do is from scratch and you can tell they take alot of pride in what they do. i havent had real hand dipped onion rings in so long i didnt know what to think when they came out!!!they only thing better than the food there is how you are treated. when you are there you feel like you are the best friend
that was invited over for dinner. and you dont even have to help with dishes!!! the quality of the food is only surpassed by the quality of people that run the place. on a recent visit i saw something i havent seen in forever, a genuine act of kindness. a woman rode her bike there for an ice cream with her 2 children after they walked in they found out that they do not yet accept credit cards as she told the children they have to leave you could see they were heartbroken and started to cry but before a real tear could form the man who was working told them to come over and chose what kind of cone they wanted. the kids were overjoyed, after all the only thing that tastes better than a mussel beach ice cream is a free mussel beach ice cream!!! he offered the mother one as well and she politely declined. i was very impressed by this and tip my hat to mussel beach and the people who run it. hey look at that now i know how they stay in business. eat there people you wont be dissapointed i made myself hungry i am going there now!!!!
