   I took in my laptop for a basic fix. They -said- they cleaned out the keyboard and the fan so it would not overheat anymore. It continued to overheat; but to avoid returning there I decided to purchase a laptop fan tray, which -actually- fixed the problem. THEN I noticed, after getting it back from them, that there was no SOUND coming from the speakers (I had sound before they f'd with it). I returned it to them, insisted they correct what they had f'd up for free (because it was not a problem after all before I took it in to them) and came back the next day with the sound fixed. You'd think that would be the end of my problems with them, but NO. Now my DVD drive has fallen OUT of the laptop because they "forgot" to put the screw back in. WTF? These people are either complete MORONS or they are scam artists. Regardless, NEVER EVER bring your computer to these people to be fixed. They will f'k it up.
