User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWell, my brother in law, my wife and I wanted sushi at Takara, mainly because we had read some reviews on Yahoo and thought that we would have a great experience. We should have known to turn around when we were greeted with the sweet scent of spoiled garbage as we approached the front door. We looked over and saw a dumpster 20 feet from the entrance, and the wind was blowing in our direction on a hot July day...
We walked in and were seated at a table near the sushi bar. There was only one other person in the restaurant at 7:00pm, but it was a weekday, so maybe that had something to do with it. Immediately, we noticed a foul seafood smell. We decided to endure the smell and my wife ordered a margarita. We were paroosing the menu when the waiter returned to the table. My wife the noticed that her drink had a good half inch of head on it. We both just assumed it was foamy from when they made the drink, but then she tried her beverage and spit it out into a napkin. I also tried her drink and had the pleasure of imbibing several ounces of dish soap. We flagged out waiter down and made him aware of the situation. He made a shallow grunting noise, took the drink and walked away. After the unfortunate chain of events, we decided to cut our losses and go to a different restaurant. I would not recommend this restaurant, unless you use dish soap to keep you "regular."-

The Venue night club is the best on Friday nights and ladies get in FREE! The DJ is awesome whoeve it is, but too bad the DJ is located downstairs and the main dance flr is upstairs. So u don't even see the DJ. I have been there once on a Saturday night,but it's too crowded- no room to dance w/out hitting someone squeashed next to me. But overall, it's the only club in Clearwater that is worth going to if you go on a Friday night.

Update: I have been back to Club V and I noticed that they have made couple changes. They now have dancers and moved the Dj upstairs... This club just keeps getting better....Definitely a 5 STAR now....
