Horrible! What a rip off! Don't waste your money. The hand cleaning of my leather furniture consisted of using a carpet cleaning machine and paper towels (which they borrowed from me because they ran out). There was so much dirt left, I called them back and they proceeded to use a harsh chemical and a tire scrub brush and wanted another $200+. Whatever you do stay away from these guys. Bad business and bad attitude. Don't make the same mistake I did.

We feel as a well known company that gives the highest quality service for our community for many years, that we must tell our side of the story.
We were hired to clean several rooms, a hallway, and a stair case.
The technician arrived and found out that the carpet is in a bad condition and haven't been cleaned for 5 YEARS. Therefore the customer was offered to do not only the steam cleaning or shampoo, but the deep cleaning. The steam cleaning price was $125 exactly like the customer was told over the phone, but the customer wanted a deep cleaning which cost more. The customer was explained about the treatment and so we did.
At the end of the job we did a walk through around the rooms (we always do) and the customer expressed complete satisfaction. We shock hands and left.
The next day we got a call saying the carpet looks the same. We were very surprised so we sent the technician again to take a look and clean the carpet again.
The problem was that the customer wanted the carpet to look like a brand new carpet, even so it has been used and hasn’t been cleaned for 5 years. This is just imposable simply because it’s an old carpet that hasn’t been cleaned for 5 years.
We decided to go a head and do another $240 worth of a project for absolutely NO CHARGE, we didn’t take any extra $40 like it says on the review.
We stand behind our work, and that particular technician scours the highest in satisfactory survey.
About the portable machine, the person that wrote the review WASN’T EVEN THERE, no one asked for a track mount, if they would we would have sent a track mount, why wasting everybody’s time? The portable unites are widely use in the carpet cleaning industry all over the united states in hotels, apartment buildings, office buildings and more.
We feel that we did every thing in our power to try and make our customer satisfied and we wish the best for them .... congratulations for the new baby.
