User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI'm in property management. Doug with Sensible Air and Heat was recommended to me. I had called Sunshine in Summerfield and got horrible customer service. They wouldn't even schedule the work unless I paid upfront. Unbelieveable treatment. Once I called Doug, he came out immediately, took care of my rentals and left me an invoice. This is the type of service that I will recommend to everyone I know both professionally and personally. Thanks Doug
