    We called them and they were very nice and informative over the phone. We set an appointment in which they were right on time. They unclogged our kitchen drain and installed a faucet at a reasonable rate. We will use their service again.

    I have never experienced such a rude person as I experienced when calling Affordable Poway Plumbers. I was told to research the problems I was having on the internet and fix them myself and then hung up on.

    Okay so I did ask you to research it on the internet but only because you kept asking and asking the same questions over and over AND to top it off... you were delaying and delaying on setting up an appointment for our services. Please remember that we are in the business of making money. We don't mind helping peoples over the phone but we cannot fix your problems over the phone !!! So I'll say it once again... If you want more answers that we are willing to give... your best bet it to Google it ! That's what we do ! Most of our answers are found that way. Peace !
