Good morning, I just wanted to express my experience with Mitsubishi. I bought a 2001 Mitsubishi Montero Sport. I have enjoyed it ever since. Itâs an excellent product. I like the line, the fuel efficiency, the power, size, in general itâs a vehicle that completely fills my needs. I had taken my Montero Sport to the dealer since I bought it for regular maintenance and check ups. However, a few weeks ago I started feeling something unusual with the transmission; it began to slip out of gear. How is it that the service department did not detect this problem if it was regularly checked? I ended up with $2,000.00 dollars worth of transmission repairs. How is this possible? The El Paso service team is the worst I have ever encountered. Bad service, negligence, takes too much time for servicing the vehicle, itâs just not acceptable. I am very pleased with the Mitsubishi product, very good quality, however, its people like the ones working in the El Paso, Tx dealer that made Mitsubishi Motors loose costumers. I will never consider buying Mitsubishi ever again.
