I bought a brand new car that was delivered by this dealership without pre-delivery inspection. In order to close sales on the last day of fiscal month, the vehicle was delivered without inspection. Ended up going back to the dealership several times to fix problems, 1 of these major. I wrote several emails to the dealership, never heard back from the management. I would stay away from this dealership and never go back there. The lesson I learnt is to NEVER trust a car dealership. Never close the deal till you inspect the car thoroughly. While this dealership made a quick buck, I am sure that they have lost a good customer for ever. I make sure that I never recommend this dealership when someone asks me about my car.
I was very excited about my first ever car shopping experince.Little did I know that it would be a miserable one. I was on the market to purchase a used 2006 VW Touareg.I found the perfect one and was ready to contact the dealer.I was contacted by a gentleman, we will call him S, and he seemed pleasant enough. After a while he became pushy and would DEMAND that I call and make a credit card payment to secure the vehicle.I told him that all my questions were answered and that I needed more information. There were several things wrong with the vehicle. There were scratches on the side, and the rearview mirrors was shattered.I asked SPECIFICALLY if those would be fixed and he assured me âYES.âWe agreed on a price, $19,000 INCLUDING the VW Certification.I was happy. I got pre-approved at a local back, sold my car, and was ready to purchase.I called and let âSâ know this and he wrote me a quick reply stating that âforgot to tell you that I can't fix the mirror if I will sell you at $20050. The mirror and installation is $550. Let me know what you want to do.âI was in SHOCK! First, that was the not the agreed upon price. Second, we had agreed that the mirror would be fixed.Third, his lack of proper grammar was completely unprofessional!I contacted a good friend who had been in the auto business for 25 years and he told me to contact the manager. The manager, we will call him âBWâ,proceeded to tell me that since it took me a month(wow I wasnât aware I was on a time schedule)to close the deal with S,this was the deal available.I told him that I didnât feel it was fair, he proceeded to hang up on me.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE.I am not meaning to sound bitter, but I am a true believer of what goes around come around and I hope that they go out of business. They ruined an experience that should have been great. The lack of professionalism and customer service was amazing.I have NEVER had a worse experience in my life.I hope that you will take my word and go elsewhere.I donât believe this to be an isolated incident.
bought a car a few years back, in contract it said they would fix a few minor things...after many many phone calls some of the items got fixed. however the most major was about a $400 item they said in writting they would fix. i got ahold of the used car manager Kirk (i think that was the jerks name) and he told me my sales guy quite and if they leave the company then I am screwed because it was to come out of his commisions or some BS like that. I told them I didn't care the guy told me to come down and talk in person man to man so i did he took me to a back office and yelled at me !! I got up and left and reported them to the BBB ! They will presure any one! i'm not the only one i'm sure. I tell this story to everyone looking to buy a car ! Stay away!
