As first time home buyers, my wife and I needed a Real Estate Loan Officer who could give us individual attention throughout the entire process. Kristen went well beyond our expectations. She made sure we understood the loan process and provided various spreadsheets to help us compare which loan was best for us. She not only found us the best loan, which I compared against other Loan Officers, but made sure the loan she quoted us was locked in—all the way through escrow. Case in point… do to the volatile market, the PMI issuer increased their insurance rate the day before close of escrow. Kristen immediately hunted down new PMI coverage; and although it was higher, she did not pass the increase on to us. This kind of integrity is rare! Weeks after the loan has closed, she is still informing us about special home owner tax benefits as they pass though Congress. Kristen truly enjoys helping people get into a home.
